Crouzet brushless DC motor offers all-in-one solution

Crouzet offers brushless DC motor with a range from 30W to 150W in 3 phases, 4 poles. It has integrated temperature sensor, ball bearings for improved mechanical efficiency, protection IP54, lifetime exceeding 20,000 hours, very low noise level, and rated speed between 2000 and 4000 rpm.
Crouzet offers brushless DC motor with a range from 30W to 150W in 3 phases, 4 poles. It has integrated temperature sensor, ball bearings for improved mechanical efficiency, protection IP54, lifetime exceeding 20,000 hours, very low noise level, and rated speed between 2000 and 4000 rpm.
Crouzet brushless motors can integrate electronic controls allowing regulation of; the torque, current consumption, emergency stop and brake, maintain of position and speed regulation by analogue entry (0-10V) or PWM.
Crouzet brushless motors can be coupled to 90º Gearbox. It very quiet and is designed for applications where the space and noise is critical. Its features include planetary gearbox of up to 120 Nm nominal, high efficiency and high reduction ratios. It is available in 1,2 and 3 stages. It has a compact design with diameters of 52, 62 and 81 mm.
In addition, Crouzet has developed the Motomate concept which incorporates a brushless motor, an electronic control card and a logic controller (Millenium) to create programs dedicated to an application.
