IIM Sirmaur launches PG programme in leadership for smart manufacturing

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Sirmaur has introduced a new post-graduate programme focused on leadership in smart manufacturing (LSM). Set to commence in January 2025, the one-year, full-time, residential programme is now accepting applications.
Developed in collaboration with RWTH Aachen University in Germany, this programme aims to prepare senior professionals to excel in the era of Industry 4.0. It offers a blend of academic coursework and practical insights from industry experts.

The curriculum covers the latest advancements in smart manufacturing, including automation, digital transformation, AI, IoT, and sustainable practices. Participants will also have the opportunity to spend a semester at RWTH Aachen University, where they will gain exposure to cutting-edge manufacturing facilities and global best practices.
