Mohini is one of the few early Lady Production Engineers in India. After working in PMT for couple of years, she started business of manufacturing machines in 1984 in a garage. Her company Grind Master (GM) is now a global technology leader in specialised turnkey machines for metal finishing, deburring, microfinishing, robotic machines and abrasives, providing total solutions for surface finishing requirements.

 

With over 5500 machines across 6 continents, serving a wide range of industries, the company brings a world of experience of over 35 years in machine technology & process knowledge.

International markets including Americas, Europe and East Asia are new fast growing areas for our developed range of machines and robotic machines. After acquiring a company in France last year, we have started sales and support office in Michigan USA. These steps will strengthen our presence globally.”
