He used his years of experience in managing production, operation and maintenance of complex CNC machines to develop a versatile, reliable and optimally-priced range of 3D printers. 

 

With a strong backing in R&D, Divide By Zero believes in adhering to standards and are now an ISO 9002 2015 certified company. In the spirit of the Make in India initiative, it is the first Indian 3D printer manufacturing company to export machines to countries such as Malaysia, Sweden, and UAE. 

 

Over the last few years, the company has been tirelessly working on pioneering new additive manufacturing technologies such as the patented Advanced Fusion Plastic Modelling (AFPM) technology. It is developed with the company’s deep expertise in 3D printing, material engineering and software development, to deliver a technology that resolves all concerns in terms of strength, form, fit, and functionality. Already incorporated in the AION series, the AFPM technology delivers SLS-grade 3D printing at costs lower than conventional FDM machines.

 

Today, the product lineup features 3 individual series of 3D printers. The company’s flagship is the AION series that features two models - the AION 500 and AION 500 MK2 with a massive build volume of 500 x 500 x 500 mm. This is followed by the Accucraft Series that features two models - the Accucraft i250+ and the Accucraft i250D with a build volume of 200 x 250 x 200 mm. Finally, the Aeqon Series - a hybrid desktop 3D printer with a taller vertical build volume of 300 × 250 × 400 mm.
