What are the various types of level measuring devices/instruments available from UWT?

UWT is an expert on level measurement instruments. This is our DNA as we are a bulk solid level instrumentation specialist company that designs, manufactures and sells high quality level switches and level transmitters mainly for the bulk solid industry.

Our line includes a wide range of point level switches such as vibration fork, rotary paddle, RF level switches as well as capacitance level switches. Moreover UWT offers Radar level transmitters as well as electromechanical level transmitters for content measurement.

We are also able to offer complete visualisation and level control solutions with our own developed visualisation software, Nivotec.

What are the factors that determine the selection of a particular type for a given application?

Every application and every process is different. In order to define the proper technology and the right instrument it is essential to analyses all different process parameters such as material properties, process temperatures, process pressure, process connections, material of the silo or vessel to mention a few.
