Varroc, a
leading global tier-1 automotive supplier, has announced the appointment of Avinash
Chintawar as Chief Operating Officer (COO), reporting to Arjun Jain, Whole Time
Director & CEO - Business I, with effect from 15th October 2025.
As COO,
Chintawar will oversee the Operations Vertical within Business I, focusing on
strengthening efficiencies, enhancing performance, and ensuring seamless
alignment with Varroc’s long-term strategic vision.
Commenting on the appointment, Arjun Jain, Whole Time
Director & CEO - Business I, Varroc, said, “We are delighted to welcome
Avinash to the Varroc leadership team. His extensive experience and deep
understanding of achieving operational excellence align perfectly with our

Avinash Chintawar holds a Bachelor of Engineering from
Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, a Postgraduate Diploma in
Management from IGNOU, and has completed ICWA (Inter). Before joining Varroc,
he served as Managing Director of Bosch Chassis Systems India Pvt Ltd and as
Chairman of Bosch India Foundation.
Over the years, he has held key leadership positions within
the Bosch Group, including Director of Operations at Robert Bosch Bamberg (Germany),
Technical Plant Manager at Bosch Nashik, and Managing Director at Bosch
Electrical Drives India Pvt Ltd throughout his career; he has been recognised
for his strategic foresight and commitment to sustainable manufacturing.
This appointment reflects Varroc’s continued focus on
operational excellence, sustainable growth, and leadership continuity, as the
organisation strengthens its position in the evolving global automotive
landscape.
With this partnership, Varroc strengthens its foothold in the global passenger vehicle electronics market.
