What are the types of grinding machines manufactured by the company?

Apex Machine & Tools is engaged in manufacturing and marketing of a range of universal tool and cutter grinding machines. These are available in three models, viz., AG 430T, AG 310T and AG 250T.

Where are the applications?

Our universal tool and cutter grinding machines have applications for grinding and sharpening of cutting tools like milling cutters of all types/reamers/taps/form tools/spiral milling and hob cutters and also grinding of snap and ring gauges. The versatility of the machines with standard and optional accessories makes them suitable for cylindrical grinding, both external and internal, along with surface grinding operation.

Do you have any CNC product? Or any kind of automation?

No, these are manual/mechanical machines, not CNC. At the moment we do not have any CNC product. Also there is no automation in these machines.

How is the present business environment?

There has been a gradual slowdown in the market over the last few years, which began during the tenure of the previous government. While everyone was expecting it to be yet another cyclical slowdown that periodically hits the industry, this time it has continued the gradual decline in new orders. While the successor government has initiated various measures to simulate demand, at the moment the market is still struggling due to various reasons. The industry as a whole is hoping for a quick return to better times.

What are the future plans?

To satisfy our customers with the latest and modified designs as per their requirements is what we will continue do in the future, as we have done in the past, successfully.
