Garuda Aerospace partners with CYOL to launch drone operations in Sri Lanka

Indian drone manufacturer Garuda Aerospace has signed an initial agreement with agri-tech solutions provider CYOL to begin operations in Sri Lanka. This partnership marks a significant milestone for both companies as they expand their reach into Australia, Africa, and Asia, Garuda Aerospace announced.

Under this collaboration, Garuda Aerospace will work with CYOL to deliver advanced drone solutions tailored to agriculture and technology integration. Garuda Aerospace has officially launched its operations in Sri Lanka, strengthening its presence in South Asia and offering services for agriculture, surveillance, mapping, thermography, videography, and defense anti-drone systems.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the two firms combines Garuda Aerospace's drone technology with CYOL's specialised agricultural software to create a platform for precision farming, surveillance, and data analytics. Together, they aim to drive agricultural transformation across Australia, Africa, and Asia, enabling farmers to benefit from real-time insights, optimised resource management, and enhanced crop monitoring capabilities.
