The laser can be selected from a wide range depending on the material to be processed – For metals, IR @ 1064 nm – Fiber Laser, Diode Pumped (DP) Nd:YVO4 laser, Green @ 532 nm – DP Nd:YVO4 Laser; For glass, plastics and few non-metals UV @ 355 nm – DP Nd:YVO4 laser; and For non-metals like wood, glass, acrylic, etc CO2 laser.
