ZF announced the launch of its Employer Branding Metaverse. This state-of-the-art virtual environment is set to redefine the standards of talent acquisition and employer branding by merging innovative technology with interactive candidate engagement. Beyond reading about On the career website, candidates can now dive into a virtual world tailored to showcase the essence of the brand, the corporate culture, and the exciting opportunities that await them.

At the heart of the Metaverse lies a central hub, serving as a global space where visitors can explore comprehensive information about the company's objectives and worldwide presence. This core feature is complemented by five regional spaces, each dedicated to spotlighting specific countries and regions where ZF operates. These tailored zones are crafted to showcase the company's extensive footprint and inclusive culture, catering to local nuances and professional opportunities.
The Metaverse environment is enriched with various interactive features aimed at enhancing user engagement, including:
Direct Recruitment Tools: Prospective candidates can conveniently schedule one-on-one meetings with recruiters through an integrated online calendar available within each regional space. Candidates have the flexibility to choose between video meetings or immersive Metaverse interview rooms, where they can interact using avatars.
Employee Spotlights and Live Events: The platform provides glimpses into the lives of employee ambassadors and hosts live events to foster real-time interaction and engagement, offering valuable insights into the company's culture.
Interactive Coin Game: Users can engage with content and earn coins, gamifying the learning experience about the company's milestones and innovations, thus promoting active participation and knowledge acquisition.
Beyond external recruitment efforts, the Metaverse platform serves an internal function by hosting virtual career fairs, allowing hiring managers to showcase open positions and engage directly with internal candidates in confidential virtual interview rooms. This initiative underscores the company's commitment to internal mobility and career development, facilitating opportunities for growth within the organisation. Furthermore, on-going development is underway to expand internal use cases for global deployment.

The current team of 220 engineers in Hyderabad is set to grow to over 500 in the next five years, as the company expands its capabilities in line with increasing demand.
