TKM has built a robust skilling framework that blends
advanced manufacturing practices with hands-on training. TTTI, established in
2007 at TKM’s Bidadi plant, is the foundation of this ecosystem. The fully
residential three-year programme focuses on empowering rural youth through
holistic education, technical training and personal development. With over
1,400 graduates and a 100 per cent placement track record, TTTI alumni have
consistently demonstrated excellence at both national and global skill
platforms.
G. Shankara,
Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration, Toyota Kirloskar Motor
said, “We are extremely proud of the remarkable achievements of the TTTI
students at the Janatics Automation Skill Challenge 2025. We are happy with
their successful journey and appreciate their hard work for reaching this
milestone. TTTI places strong emphasis on nurturing a competitive spirit,
innovation, curiosity, and problem-solving abilities among its students.
Through TTTI, we continue to reaffirm our commitment to transforming rural
youth into world-class technicians. In doing so, we strive to contribute
meaningfully to national priorities such as Skill India Mission and Viksit Bharat
2047.”
Aligning with TTTI’s Chi–Toku–Tai concept (Chi: academics;
Toku: richness of mind; Tai: healthy body), students are encouraged to
participate in competitions, webinars and hands-on learning platforms that
nurture their mindset, discipline and teamwork.
This order signifies growing customer confidence in India’s ability to supply critical equipment for global projects, meeting stringent standards of quality, safety and reliability.
