Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited has secured orders worth Rs 7.26 billion from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited (GETCO) for the supply of auto transformers and bus reactors. The order, inclusive of GST, is set to be completed within 18 months from the issuance of the Letter of Intent (LOI).
The contract, awarded by a domestic entity, falls under the company’s regular course of business and is not classified as a related-party transaction. Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited continues to strengthen its position as a leading manufacturer of transformers in the country, committed to delivering high-quality products and services.
