Bengaluru, September 1, 2015: Sunvik Steels Private Limited (Sunvik), the primary steel producer and premier TMT steel bar manufacturer, is all set to usher in a "Readyfix" revolution in the construction industry for steel usage similar to how 'Readymix' has emerged as a reliable concrete mixture solution.

The "Readyfix" offering of Sunvik is a downstream cut and bent service that provides customised solution for construction industry. Sunvik's new offering besides addressing conventional challenges faced by the construction industry, also aims to enhance construction building quality, efficiency through precision solution, improve inventory control, lower onsite labour, control wastage, improve health and safety at site and most importantly ensure timely construction of project.

Sunvik has set up a state-of-the-art fully automated computerized line from Italy to manufacture "Readyfix" solution - ranging from 8 mm to 40 mm. The machines can bend steel or stirrups to any geometrical shape at an accuracy of ?1?. To begin with Sunvik will also fasten the "Readyfix" items through its trained manpower thereby assuring accuracy in fixing it and also offering complete solution.
