With recent reassessment of its NABL certification, Spectro Research Lab has acquired accreditation for a host of new testing facilities for textile items. This includes IS/ISO certified testing for Drape Coefficient, Resistance to Flexing, Resistance to Accelerated Ageing, Heat and Abrasion under load among several others. This is in line with Spectro's effort in providing complete technical support for the region's many small and medium scale textile units.

Part of Delhi based Spectro Group of Companies, the lab is a multi-specialty testing lab catering to many diverse industries of Uttar Pradesh. Owing to a number of textile units operating in the region, textile testing has been the primary focus for the lab. Apart from providing testing services, Spectro has been involved in truly developing quality products for these units through constant support and guidance.

Support for R&D

Inspection

Spectro also undertakes third party inspection services for quality control and management. The inspection program would have multiple modules catering from sample selection to dispatch stages. The process involves verification using statistical quality control methods to check parameters like the correctness of raw materials, form, fit and functionality, hazardous substances, UPC verification, marking, labelling, etc.
