Showa Best Glove has appointed Marvel Gloves Industries of Mumbai as its Authorised Distributor for India. Established in 1954, Showa Glove is a manufacturer of a wide variety of gloves from home-use to industrial - use gloves, including Top Fit gloves and Palm Fit gloves, targeting semiconductor and electric and electronic equipment plants both in Japan and abroad. The company has an annual total production capacity of 180 million pairs of gloves.

Showa has a manufacturing plant and R&D centres in Himeji, Hyogo Prefecture in Japan, in addition to its head office. It also has production plants in Perlis, Malaysia and Binh Duong, Vietnam. It has sales bases in Seattle in the United States and in Paris, France and has been strengthening its sales activities in the Asian market.
