Schneider Electric, a global specialist in energy management and one of the key sponsors at this year's ELECRAMA 2014 showcased some of its technological brilliance by unveiling several new products at the event. The Schneider Electric stall was inaugurated by Emmanuel Babeau, Deputy CEO In Charge of Finance & Legal Affairs, Schneider Electric, and Mr Anil Chaudhry, MD & Country President, Schneider Electric India. They were accompanied by Schneider Electric India leadership team comprising of, Dr Shalini Sarin, Country Partner- VP HR & CSR, Schneider Electric India and Mr. Satish Kumar, Energy Efficiency Ambassador & VP Schneider Electric India, as well as the respective business unit representatives. Emmanuel Babeau, who also took part in the IEEMA CEO summit, stressed the need for localizing R&D, enhancing focus on the SME sector as a great engine for growth and the convergence of energy and IT.

Among the products the company showcased are the automated self healing energy grid and the world-class low voltage distribution smart panel.

Self Healing Grid - The self healing grid is an intelligent flexible power distribution system working in tandem with smart devices. It quickly identifies and isolates the faulty sections while restoring maximum grid power to improve network reliability without manual intervention.

Smart Panel - The Smart Panel solution is Schneider Electric's offer to digitize Electrical Distribution Networks. It is a convergence of Power, Telecom, IT and Internet Infrastructure that enables smart energy savings through measurement, understanding and saving energy.
