'Conserve My Planet' is an educational program by Schneider Electric India Foundation conceptualized to address the crucial energy crisis and to educate young minds about the importance of conserving energy and protecting the environment. The program covers 6 cities of India (Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad and Chennai) and is aimed at students of age group 10 to 13 years. All participating schools are diligently selected for the program and stand together as a proud community called the Green Republic. All selected students of the Green Republic are termed Green Ambassadors. The 'Green Championship' is the concluding event of the 'Conserve My Planet' program for 2014.

For 'Green Championship 2014', 'Conserve My Planet' held a school-level contest to choose the school champions. All 1000 registered Green Ambassadors from 10 reputed school campuses of Delhi answered a general quiz, and participated in a debate. Thereafter, 10 chosen school champions locked horns during pre-finals at Ambience Public School, displaying their working model on the given concept. The top five were then shortlisted for the finals at Ambience Public School, where they displayed a PPT presentation of their working models.
