Safcon offers pre-locked security seal designed for protecting meters against tampering and counterfeiting. Its Revguard is a high-security meter seals having unique 8-arm locking mechanism having moulded non-corrosive, non-magnetic stainless-steel wire. The four-arms are pre-locked to prevent pre-tampering the seal before installation. After locking, the seal is having four stages locking and is impossible to open without destroying the security seal. The security seal is customised with hi-rise moulded utility logo, DPM 2D barcode/QR code seal number readable with smart phone or barcode reader, encrypted code and a wide variety of anti-tampering and anti-counterfeiting features.

Each security seal is having highly visible alphanumeric serial numbering for unique identification. Once locked, it provides highest protection level to meters and impossible to open without destruction. The security seal is manufactured from UV stabilised polycarbonate material to withstand high hostile environment. The seal withstand temperature extreme of 148°C.
