Dr Shridhar Lolla, a practitioner of Business Model Innovation, Focused Execution and Operational Excellence, handholds business leaders in creating 'built to transform' organisations. An engineer by qualification with a PhD degree from IIT Delhi, India, he was employed with ABB, the Swiss power and automation technology leader. In his last assignment, he was the Head of Applications and Solutions Group at its Corporate Research Centre in India. Since then, he has gained extensive experience in achieving breakthrough performance in Engineering, Product Development, R&D, IT Services, Software Development and Manufacturing Industries.
