Sanjeev Rai has joined Perma Pure as India Business Development Manager. Mr Rai adds to Perma Pure's investment in the strategically important India market and will drive the Sales and Marketing efforts there.

Mr Rai comes to Perma Pure with a degree in Chemical Technology from HBTI Kanpur and Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. Rai has a strong background in promoting wireless HART technology for process industry.

While the India market offers many opportunities for Perma Pure's unique products, Mr Rai's initial efforts will be focused on CEMS and process management at thermal power plants and petrochemical facilities, where he will promote the GASS family of sample-conditioning products and Nafion? dryers, which are manufactured exclusively by Perma Pure LLC, a Halma company.

Perma Pure LLC manufactures a full line of gas conditioning products including dryers, humidifiers, filters, coalescers, specialty scrubbers and complete sampling systems for use in medical, scientific and industrial applications. The company is the sole manufacturer of Nafion tubing under license from the polymer manufacturer, DuPont. Perma Pure is based in Toms River, New Jersey, with representatives and distributors around the world. The company is a subsidiary of Halma p.l.c.
