Nu-Vu Conair holds ground-breaking ceremony for new facility in Ahmedabad

The new plant, which is expected to be completed in December 2023, will help augment company’s manufacturing capabilities by almost 50% to meet growing demand as well as better serve the customers.

Nu-Vu Conair Pvt Ltd, one of the leading manufacturers of plastic auxiliary equipment in India, organised a ground-breaking ceremony for its new manufacturing facility in Ahmedabad (Gujarat). The ceremony took place on September 27, 2022 and the event was graced by Filippo Zuppichin (CEO, Piovan Group), Kirk Winstead (CEO, IPEG Inc), Davide Cappellini (CTO, Piovan Group) and the Indian Management Team of Nu-Vu Conair.
This will be the third greenfield facility of the company that will come up on the recently acquired 75,000 sq ft land adjacent to the current factory in Ahmedabad. Post this new plant, which is expected to be completed in December 2023, the overall manufacturing set-up will reach to more than 200,000 sq ft. The new plant will help augment company’s manufacturing capabilities by almost 50% to meet growing demand as well as better serve the customers.
Nu-Vu Conair Pvt Ltd is a joint venture company between the Ahmedabad-based Nu-Vu Engineers and The Conair Group, Pennsylvania (USA). Conair has manufacturing facilities in the USA in addition to India and manufactures 450 different products. The company also owns two world-class R&D labs.
Nu-Vu Conair Pvt Ltd has state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Ahmedabad to manufacture central vacuum conveying systems, drying systems, gravimetric blending systems, chillers and mould temperature control units, crystallisers, belt conveyors, granulators and more for polymer processors.
