CREDAI-Pune Metro, an apex body of private builders and promoters, is organising a two- day National Conclave & Governing Council Board (GCB) meet on 28th & 29th March 2012 here at Pune. Total 120 delegates of CREDAI from various states of India will participate. The two-day conclave will have a brain storming session wherein many important issues and subjects would be discussed in length, informed Satish Magar, President-Maharashtra-Pune Metro. This would be the first time that Pune will host such kind of conclave.

Presidents, Officer Bearers and Members of CREDAI-Maharashtra, Delhi, UP, MP, Punjab, Chattisgarh, Jharkhand, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Odissha, Goa, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and any states will be part of this conclave. It is organized at Suzlon Synergy hall at Magarpatta city. On 28th March the conclave will start with the keynote address by J R Tanti - MD of Synefra Engineering & Construction Ltd., followed by GCB of National Presidents of CREDAI. While on 29th March, Lalit Kumar Jain-National President CREDAI and Tulsi Tanti, CMD of Suzlon Energy will address the delegates on Housing Shortage to Surplus & Tips for Success respectively.

A press conference is arranged on 29th March at 4 pm at Suzlon Synergy Hall, Magarpatta City wherein all the details of 2-day conclave will be shared with media.
