Moxa has a distribution and service network that reaches customers in more than 70 countries. ABB, which enables utility, industry, and transport customers to improve their performance while lowering the environmental impact, awarded Moxa the ABB Supplier Award: “Best in Collaboration for Projects Sourcing for its excellent cooperation in the DF21 Datacentre project”. The ABB Group operates in roughly 100 countries and employs about 135,000 people.

Business Engagement: Moxa supplied advanced serial-to-Ethernet Modbus gateways to ABB, who was front-ending the DF 21 Datacenter project. This high-priority project had stringent timelines. The project, however, was being executed around December’s festival holiday period, making delays in logistics highly likely that subsequently would have held up the undertaking. Nevertheless, Moxa’s team worked closely with the various parties involved to ensure an on-time delivery to enable ABB to meet the project’s timelines. Furthermore, ABB also praised Moxa for its significant support in providing highly reliable products at a competitive price. The award was presented by Jan Keller, Vice President: PA SCM, to Charles Chen, General Manager of Moxa India. Chen said, “I was surprised and deeply honoured when I got a call from an ABB associate that Moxa has won the best performance supplier award for its support on this project. The reason I was surprised is that supporting our customers is what we do every day. Prompt support and execution come natural to Moxanians.
