February 2017 – MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd ("MDA" or the "Company"), a global communications and information company, has announced that it has received an authorisation to proceed from Airbus defence and space for the provision of multiple communication antenna subsystems to be integrated into the EUTELSAT-5WB communication satellite. The full contract is expected to be valued in excess of USD 3 mn.
