Open House for LVD's new Demostration & Training Centre

During Imtex, LVD will also hold an Open House at its brand new demonstration and training centre in Peenya, Bangalore, only 25 minutes away from Imtex. The Open House will run from 23rd January through to the 2nd February and there will be an executive shuttle service running between the exhibition centre on the hour every hour from 10:00am to 16:00pm.

Highlights at LVD Booth

ToolCell 135/30 - By reducing unproductive time through its automated tool changing capabilities, the ToolCell 135/30, featured at IMTEX, maximizes bending productivity and features an integrated storage of tooling, housed within the machine. Tools are precisely and automatically placed, eliminating manual tooling adjustments. While the operator is preparing parts for the next job, the machine automatically unloads the previous tool setup and loads the next setup.

Electra FL - LVD is also featuring its ultimate fibre laser solution at Imtex 2014 the Electra, an ultra-high speed, sheet metal processing fibre laser system. Powered by a high efficiency solid-state fibre laser source, Electra FL provides incredibly fast, accurate processing of traditional sheet metal materials such as mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium with the added versatility to efficiently process metals such as copper and brass.

Punch Press, VX-1530 - The VX-1530 punch press featured at Imtex this year is now equipped with a newly designed 48-station turret featuring four standard 88,9 mm auto indexable stations and four standard 50,8 mm stations. The larger turret capacity provides high flexibility and reduces set-up time, increasing machine productivity.

Integrated Software Solution - Also being featured at Imtex are the latest releases of CADMAN-B, P and L, for bending, punching and laser cutting, highlighting the latest productivity enhancing software developments including the new workshop management module Cadman-JOB for more effective management and throughput of laser cutting and bending operations
