Karman Drones and TCL collaborate on UAV solutions development

Karman Drones has entered into a strategic five-year partnership with defence public sector unit (PSU) Troop Comforts Ltd (TCL) to co-develop and manufacture unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and related solutions. This collaboration aims to leverage the expertise of both companies to design advanced Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) tailored to the needs of India's defence forces, paramilitary units, police, government bodies, and the civil sector.

Pravan Shetty, Founder and CEO, Karman Drones, emphasised the importance of the partnership, stating, “We have partnered with TCL... This collaboration will enable us to develop advanced solutions for the Indian Defence forces and other stakeholders.”

TCL noted that this initiative will bolster India's defence manufacturing sector, aligning with the country’s 'Make in India' policy and contributing to the enhancement of domestic capabilities in UAV technology.
