At IMTEX 2023, Innse-Berardi will display its advanced solutions for additive (AM) and subtractive manufacturing for aerospace, defense, energy and all heavy industrial sectors.

At IMTEX 2023, Innse-Berardi will display its advanced solutions for additive (AM) and subtractive manufacturing for aerospace, defense, energy and all heavy industrial sectors.

Some of the Innse-Berardi's products to be displayed at IMTEX will be:

  • Aries Hydro, the medium and large-size horizontal milling and boring machines, with movable column and preloaded hydrostatic bearing, suitable for machining large-size components.
  • Atlas Vision, which is the high speed vertical milling centres, with linear rolling guideways.
  • PowermaxT is the Camozzi Machine Tools large format, 5/6 axes, a horizontal platform for hi-accuracy and high-feed rate milling of Titanium.
  • FMM horizontal multi spindle drilling machine for performing deep holes in the tube sheets for heat exchangers in nuclear and chemical plants.
  • FCR machining center for generator rotors
  • FCT machining center for ‘Fir tree slots’ machining of turbine rotors shaft
  • Innse-Berardi - a part of the Camozzi Machine Tools division of the Camozzi Group - is a specialist in the engineering, production and commissioning of high-performance, technically advanced machine tools for highly demanding industries, including energy, transportation, aeronautics and aerospace. The range of Innse-Berardi solutions includes large vertical and horizontal milling and boring machines, multitasking work centres (in either hydrostatic or mechanical configurations) and the production of large specialised machines dedicated to specific applications.

    Created for Industry 4.0, Innse-Berardi machine tools enable the integration of production supply chains in a fully connected end-to-end management system across the whole plant. Systems such as IBNET and IBRM automate the collection of production data, monitor operating conditions and technological parameters as well as drive predictive maintenance.
