Ingersoll Rand, a world leader in creating and sustaining safe, comfortable and efficient environments has recently launched a new range of refrigerated air dryers that are highly energy efficient, compact, eco-friendly and are designed for tropical conditions providing dry compressed air from 600 m3/hr to 5400 m3/hr.

Over 100 participants including employees, distributors and customers across the country joined the launch event held at Ingersoll Rand's state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Naroda, Ahmedabad. This launch marks an important milestone for Ingersoll Rand in India, as it takes the journey of innovation to the next level.

The design features of these dryers offer unmatched energy efficiency, low cost of ownership, higher uptime, traditional Ingersoll Rand reliability, environment friendliness with use of eco-friendly refrigerant with zero ODP, adaptability to tropical conditions, and superior serviceability. The control panel in the dryer offers multiple features like digital dew point indication, remote on/off, terminal for remote alarm, anti-freezing energy saving mode, alarm history storage, IP55 electrical panel, phase loss & reversal protection.

This new range of refrigerated air dryers comply with various standards including ISO 8573 (air quality and dew point), ISO 7183 (testing and validation), IS 7028 (roadability), ISO 3744 (noise emission), and ISO 10816 (vibration). These units provide complete, affordable solutions for dry compressed air for a wide selection of applications, including automotive, textile, cement, petrochemical, manufacturing, oil and gas, workshops, paint shops, etc.
