Nelson-based international manufacturing company, Integrated Aluminium Components Ltd (IAC), has announced the appointment of 2 new key members to the management team and the promotion of 2 existing employees to further strengthen the company's client services and communications department and to facilitate further international expansion.

For 30 years, IAC has specialised in the manufacture of aluminium components, such as lotion shrouds, actuator sheaths, lipstick sleeves and over caps extensively used in the perfume and cosmetics industry as well as a broad range of bespoke components used in more general manufacturing applications.

The most significant appointment, Craig Monks, has joined as Business Development Director. The role is newly created in order to enhance the client service offering, build new accounts and to strengthen internal and external communications. Craig joins with 25 years of professional selling experience all gained within prestigious packaging companies.

To further strengthen the commercial team at Nelson, Liz Tapp has been promoted to Client Service Manager. Liz will oversee the team internally as well as managing many of the company's largest and most important accounts. IAC has also announced that John Crozier has joined the company and will take up the role of Client Service Representative. John will strengthen the company's desire to grow export sales and support European clients further.
