Gates India launched four new products during its three-day annual distributor meet held in Gurgaon from 6 June. The meet provided a common platform for all the distributors of the organization to interact, share experiences and explore new business avenues and opportunities. Mr Jagjit Singh, Chairman of Imperial Auto, was the chief guest at the event.

The first day was reserved for an interaction with the Power Transmission Distributor's. About 15 distributors from across the country participated in the meet and used the occasion to present what Gates had made to their lives. Informative sessions were used to educate and exchange market specifics. That evening Mr Jagjit Singh along with Nitin Kaul, President of Gates in India, and Rajesh Bhandari, Vice President unveiled the new products; The Concrete Hose, The AG Hose, Timing Pulley and the PU Belts. The launch was followed by a short program wherein the best performing distributors and employees were recognized and rewarded.

The second day was reserved for an interaction with the Fluid Power Distributor's, while the Third and the last day was utilized as a Sales Conference.
