Ahmedabad, September 5, 2013 - Ferromatik Milacron India demonstrated its high performance - new generation injection moulding machine technologies and solutions at their recently concluded Open House held between 2nd to 4th September 2013 at their Vatva, facility. The event was a grand success with over 800 visitors from plastics moulding fraternity along with various suppliers and partners displaying wide range of new solutions with benchmark performance in terms of cycle time and energy efficiency.

Highlights

• Two component injection moulding machine - 1st time ever built in India
• High performance pet production system - 32 cavity system with complete auxiliary and conveying system
• In-mould labeling system for thin wall container - thin wall moulding with robotics and free fall at record breaking lowest cycle time, and
• Largest India built all electric injection moulding machine - 550 tonnes.

During the Open House, the company unveiled its hydraulic injection mouding machines - energy efficient new generation hydron servo machines from 100 tonnes to 450 tonnes.

The event showcased the technological advancements with high productivity and moving towards enhanced energy efficiency.
