Delta Group has brought "Delta Challengers" program for its Channel Partners. All authorised T1 partners from all across India are eligible for rewards under the scheme. Delta Challengers is a target-based scheme that awards partners with a Croma vouchers on achieving pre-defined sales targets for selling Delta UPS products. The results and rewards are announced on quarterly basis. Partners can avail the scheme from 1st April 2012 to 30th June 2012.
The scheme is meant to motivate our channel partners and acknowledge their contribution in the growth of Delta UPS business.
The participants are expected to send sales information along with the invoice details and its scanned copy consolidating the monthly sales undertaken in the particular month by the 7th of the following month. eg: All the sales undertaken in April 2012 needs to be submitted in the format along with sales invoice before 7th May 2012.
"These schemes are very important to create partner excitement and offer avenues for improving sales. While such schemes impact the overall volume positively, there is a need to support them with timely reimbursement. Also, products and solutions around which the schemes have been built need to have a strong value proposition" says Mr. Suhas Joshi, Director Sales UPS, Delta Power Solutions.
