igus offers a range of iglide Tribo Tape materials and sizes for quickly and easily improving the sliding properties of any application, even in the tightest of spaces. Now, custom laser cutting of the tribologically optimised tape is available for creating special shapes and sizes, with no minimum orders.

These materials are available with an easy file upload, custom parts simple to order, and in as little as 5 business days. Three Tribo Tape material options are available to suit a wide range of applications –extremely wear resistant and FDA compliant iglide A160, iglide V400, rated for extremely high temperature applications and corrosion resistance, and the iglide B160 material for extreme wear resistance in a less conspicuous black colored tape.

In addition to custom laser cut components, iglide Tribo Tape is now offered in a wider range of sizes, with 1.6 ft. (0.5 m) width rolls now available.
