Cooper Corporation, an engine major known for its technical innovation, cost efficiency and silent revolution of eco-friendly diesel generators, successfully exported its first batch of "Cooper Ecopack" diesel generators to Saudi Arabia, largest Arab state in Western Asia.

Saudi Arabia is a country marked with extremes of climate during the day and low temperatures at night. Most of the country follows the pattern of the desert climate, with the exception of the southwest. With the most unfavourable climatic conditions in Saudi Arabia being unstable throughout the day, sturdy and reliable Cooper gensets provides customised voltage and frequency power to meet the requirements.

The output frequency of a generator is one of the crucial parameters that determine the generator's rating. Cooper Ecopack genset meets the Saudi Arabia frequency rating of 60 Hz to match the output of a standard electrical grid or the frequency rating of the appliances. Cooper gensets provide frequency switch and engine control switch with the customisation of the frequency as per the desired requirements of the country. Cooper gensets ranging from 10 kVA to 200 kVA suites the new import policy introduced by Saudi Arabia.

Cooper Corp has used its in-house innovative concepts to come up with a Cooper Ecopack that suits Saudi Arabia. Cooper Corporation has now successfully made its presence in the Arab state with this export. Best in class fuel consumption and long service intervals thereby lower maintenance costs plays a key decider favouring Cooper Corporation gensets against global competition. Special features like customised voltage and frequency and special auto transfer switches have been incorporated in to the Cooper gensets to meet the Saudi Arabian requirements.

The 10 kVA to 200 kVA genset range is powered by a 2, 3, 4 and 6 cylinder Cooper engines in line, 4-valve, and liquid cooled, Cooper diesel engine, based on state-of-the-art CRDi and rotary fuel systems technology. This stand-apart genre of power generators is entirely produced at Cooper Corporation's manufacturing and assembly plant located at Satara, Maharashtra, India.
