Syed Sajjadh Ali and S Narasimhan have been elected as Chairman and Vice Chairman of CII Puducherry for the year 2014-15. Mr Sajjadh Ali is the Managing Director of Cooper Bussmann India Pvt Ltd. Mr Ali is responsible for managing the activities for Power Distribution, Power Quality, Bussmann, and Power Systems in India, including operations, sales, finance, and HR functions of the business in the country. He joined Cooper Bussmann in 2008.

Mr Narasimhan is the Vice-chairman of Sattva Business Group. He completed his Masters degree in business administration (MBA) from Madras University with specialization in marketing, information systems and operations research. He also holds a Masters degree in Science with specialization in electronics from Madras University.
