K S Shetty, Vice President, Hindusthan National Glass & Industries Ltd, Puducherry, has been elected as the Chairman of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Puducherry State Council for the year 2012-13. Mr Shetty has a vast industrial experience of around 30 years in the Glass Industry. Prior to joining HNGIL, he held senior positions in Hotline Glass Ltd, Gwalior, Videocon Narmada Glass Ltd, Gujarat and Bharat Electronics Ltd.

K Amarnath, has been elected as Vice Chairman. Mr K Amarnath is the Vice president of Hotel Surguru. He is part of a diversified and professionally managed business group with interests in manufacturing, hotels, catering and Logistics.
