This 3D white light scanner optimises inspection and quality assurance.

The white light scanner even captures minimal deviations and most delicate structures with highest accuracy (?0.1 mm). In contrast to a coordinate measuring machine, which touches single points, the scanner captures the entire surface of the component. The result: A significantly higher density of information. The user gets an exact three-dimensional image of the measuring object, with a colour map showing the deviations from CAD-data.
