At ComVac, Hannover Messe, April 8-12, 2013, under the motto "Masters of Air", Atlas Copco presents the latest innovations in compressor technology, industrial gas solutions, vacuum pumps, air treatment equipment and service. Visitors to booth B40 in Hall 26 will be able to walk through complete installations, including compressors, air treatment and industrial gas generators, and see how an installation could look on their factory floor. The company, which celebrates its 140th anniversary this year, will present a number of new developments, several of which will have their world premiere at ComVac.

Visitors can expect the world premiere of a new type of variable speed drive compressor, below 30 kW, that will offer breakthrough improvements in energy efficiency, footprint and performance. It will be suitable for all customer segments and applications. Koen Lauwers, Vice-President Marketing from the Industrial Air Division comments: "In 1994, Atlas Copco pioneered the Variable Speed Drive and now we will launch an innovation that will once again set the benchmark in the compressor industry. This new compressor has been developed exclusively in-house and combines all our expertise and know-how in the field of compressor technology".

Also for the first time on stage, more products for better performance and higher energy efficiency:

• A new range of GA oil-injected screw compressors
• New small blower extends the ZS screw blower range
• The extension of the ZE VSD compressor line
• Moving into a new technology with ZM oil-free multistage centrifugal blowers, and
• Built-in intelligence for oil-free centrifugal compressors.

Atlas Copco will demonstrate the one-stop-shop for complete installations, including vacuum pumps. With a range of oil-sealed vane and oil-sealed rotary screw pumps, Atlas Copco equips factories with complete, reliable, efficient systems for higher productivity. In addition to compressed air equipment and vacuum pumps, visitors can view a full range of nitrogen and oxygen generators. For the first time ever, Atlas Copco will exhibit their new range of vacuum pumps for industrial applications in rough vacuum:

• XD550-3600 - A new range of heat-of-compression desiccant dryers
• Premiere for a newcomer in the heat-of-compression rotary drum dryer range
• A new generation of filters, and
• The new Atlas Copco SmartLink connectivity program.
