Arindam Majumdar has been appointed as Managing Director and Country Head of Fluke in India from Oct 2014, succeeding Joey Joseph. Arindam is a talented and versatile leader who comes from GE and Alstom, with a wealth of experience in the industrial sector. As MD of Substation Automation at Alstom T&D, he drove the transformation from a regional business unit into a global Centre of Excellence for electro-mechanical relays and engineered cubicles. He was also recognized at the helm of Equipment & Projects sales at GE Consumer & Industrial for leading a turnaround through market creation, strategic pricing as well as building a strong Sales & Engineering team.

More recently, Arindam was a Director of India Operations at GE Critical Power, leading growth through differentiated strategies in core markets, adjacent segments and new geographies. His immersion at several sites of Fluke globally and interactions with distributors and customers has made him familiar with how Fluke and the broader Danaher operate.
