February 5, 2013: ADLER Technologies, an expert in engineering, turnkey solution and equipment in the concrete building material industry is participating in BC India 2013 trade show from 5th to 8th February in Mumbai. ADLER Technologies will showcase its complete range of innovative solutions for the concrete building materials industry and identify new business opportunities in the Indian market. "For three decades, ADLER Technologies' dedicated control systems for process control in their manufacturing facilities have developed concrete products according to evolving customer requirements and latest market trends," says Mr Jean-Luc Lambert, Sales Director.

The lines of equipment produced by Adler Technologies are versatile and scalable: single or double block making machines, comprehensive handling systems (transfer cars, cubers, robots), calibration by machining of one or both sides of the blocks, all kinds of moulds, horizontal or vertical batching plants with a capacity of 10 to 60 cubic metres per hour. Adler Technologies is in a position to supply a complete turnkey plant.

Adler Technologies has recently partnered with FIMEC Technologies to develop and patent an innovative process and system for robotized cutting and insertion of various types of monolithic insulation. It's called the FIBLOC? line and is specially designed to provide standard production rates with increased flexibility and scalability.

ADLER Technologies has developed a very easy to use vibrating press A1 on account of its simple and robust design. Mr Jean-Luc Lambert further explains that the control system of vibrating press A1 is of high quality and entirely mechanical as neither hydraulics nor pneumatics equipment ensure as good reliability and low cost of maintenance. The press A1 operates at the rate of 2-4 operations per minute when producing blocks for walls 15-17 mm thick and in the process each operation produces 3 blocks of size 200 x 200 x 400 mm. For monoblock concrete products, this rapid acting unit generates vibrations from 2 tons to more than 4 tons and produces better quality concrete suiting customer requirements. All concrete products are regular in height and weight and this vibration allows a considerable reduction of cement percentage, he added.

Adler Technologies already enjoys solid references worldwide. It now plans on reinforcing its presence in India, and will be exhibiting at the French Pavilion, supported by UBIFRANCE, the French Agency for international Business Development, at BC India 2013 tradeshow in Mumbai.
