Cadence (NASDAQ: CDNS) announced that it has been named number 13 on the 2017 list of the world's best multinational workplaces according to global research and consulting firm Great Place to Work and Fortune magazine.

Cadence (NASDAQ: CDNS) announced that it has been named number 13 on the 2017 list of the world's best multinational workplaces according to global research and consulting firm Great Place to Work and Fortune magazine.

This is the third year in a row that Cadence was named to this list and it is a direct result of the company's global achievements. Cadence has appeared in Great Place to Work lists in CanadaBrazil (state of Minas Gerais), FranceGermanyGreater ChinaIndiaIrelandItaly, Korea, PolandUnited Kingdom, and United States. Cadence has also received distinction as one of Europe's best companies this year.

"To achieve this ranking for the third time in a row is a tremendous recognition for our employees, who drive our innovation, our culture, and ultimately our success as we help our customers build great products that transform lives," said Lip-Bu Tan, Cadence president and CEO. To achieve the ranking, more than 2,500 Cadence employees provided testimonials and feedback about aspects of their jobs, managers, teammates, opportunities for growth, and benefits. Consistently across the world, employees say they are proud to work at Cadence because of the strong culture that encourages high performance.

Great Place to Work surveyed more than 6,600 organisations around the world with over 10 million employees. To be considered for the world's best workplaces list, qualifying organisations must have at least 5,000 employees worldwide with at least 40% working outside of the company's home country.
