The Anup Engineering Limited, one of the leading players in heavy engineering and a subsidiary of Arvind Limited, has bagged the prestigious Excellence in Innovation Award at the 4th Edition of ‘The Machinist Super Shopfloor Awards’. The award was presented to Anup Engineering’s Odhav plant in Gujarat for implementing a special design to specific requirements of fatigue analysis, nozzle load Finite Element Method (FEA), thermal and vibration analysis, expansion bellow of heat exchanger and tubesheet FEA.

Instituted in 2015, ‘The Machinist Super Shopfloor Awards’ platform has created a benchmark in the industry for its credibility, industry acceptance, and popularity. The platform aims to recognize the best manufacturing work done by Shopfloors of SMEs and large companies.
Since its inception in 1962, Anup Engineering’s Odhav plant focused on being the pioneer in manufacturing in India. Today, the company is one of the leading manufacturers of critical static process equipment for the energy sector supplying not just within India, but across the globe. Some of its customers are Sasol, Reliance, Chambal Fertilizers, Air Products, UOP Honeywell, Technip, Linde, etc.
