Covasant Launches Agent Management Suite for Scalable Enterprise Agentic AI

Covasant Technologies, an emerging leader in enterprise Agentic AI solutions, has announced the global launch of the Covasant Agent Management Suite (CAMS). As enterprises move from experimental AI pilots to fully autonomous digital workforces, CAMS delivers end-to-end lifecycle governance and operational control required to manage Agentic AI at scale.

By 2028, Gartner predicts that 33 per cent of enterprise software applications will include agentic AI. However, 40 per cent of these initiatives are expected to fail by 2027 due to the absence of robust lifecycle management and governance frameworks. Without clear oversight, enterprises face risks including system drift, weak decision accountability, prompt injection vulnerabilities and audit failures. CAMS addresses these challenges through a unified AgentOps framework that ensures every autonomous agent remains reliable, auditable and aligned with organisational objectives.

Mastering the Agentic Workforce: A Unified Platform

CAMS enables enterprises to scale confidently across hybrid and multi-cloud environments, including Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and Google Vertex AI, through an integrated suite of operational capabilities:

  • Agent Builder & Studio: A low-code visual interface for designing multi-agent systems. It supports the creation of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and allows rapid assembly of agents using pre-built enterprise connectors for platforms such as SAP and Oracle.
  • Multi-Agent Orchestrator: The platform’s central coordination layer that manages specialised agents hosted across different third-party environments. It enables semantic handoffs and parallel execution across hyperscaler environments, transforming isolated tools into a collaborative intelligence network.
  • Agent Registry & Marketplace: A central enterprise catalogue for discovering agents across ecosystems including GCP and Azure. It supports centralised configuration of prompts and datastores, along with standardised deployment management and version control.
  • AI Agent Control Tower: A vendor-agnostic command centre offering full-stack observability, real-time telemetry, token usage monitoring and automated policy enforcement across all environments.

ReddyRaja Annareddy, CTO, Covasant Technologies, said, “AgentOps is the new strategic imperative. Agentic AI represents a major inflection point in enterprise automation, but it also introduces challenges around governance, accountability and multi-vendor interoperability. Our strength lies in enabling universal interoperability across hyperscalers and agent stacks. With CAMS, we help organisations move beyond basic automation towards intelligence that drives measurable business outcomes, while maintaining compliance and identity-native security.”

The Roadmap Ahead: Context Core and Intelligent Meta RAG

Alongside immediate platform capabilities, Covasant is focused on deeper vertical industrialisation. As part of its roadmap, the company will introduce:

  • AI Strategy Compass: A diagnostic layer that maps business processes to AI opportunities, identifies high-value use cases, and captures tribal knowledge to seed context across development workflows.
  • Agent Eval Bench: A validation environment that uses captured tribal knowledge to generate real-world test scenarios, ensuring agents follow business rules and identifying hallucinations or prompt injection risks before deployment.
  • Agent Context Core: A foundational layer that synthesises tribal knowledge from enterprise systems such as Slack, Teams and email, grounding agents in organisational history and operational nuance.
  • Intelligent Meta RAG: A next-generation retrieval engine that dynamically routes queries across vector stores, knowledge graphs and SQL databases, enabling multi-hop reasoning and explainable AI grounded in enterprise data.
  • Agentic Workflow Builder: A visual canvas allowing non-technical business users to assemble cross-functional agent workflows that automate complex end-to-end processes.

Srikanth Chakkilam, CEO and Executive Director, Covasant Technologies, said, “While enterprises recognise the potential of Agentic AI, they remain cautious about governing autonomous systems at scale. AI agents are mission-critical digital assets that require continuous lifecycle governance. CAMS were built to provide a hyperscaler-agnostic framework that enables enterprises to scale their AI workforce with full control, from initial design through to decommissioning, while ensuring compliance with regulations such as the EU AI Act and the CCPA.”

As AI systems become increasingly autonomous and interconnected, Covasant is focused on building a future where Agentic AI underpins intelligent enterprises by augmenting human decision-making, strengthening resilience and driving innovation. CAMS establishes the foundation for this next phase, where governance, ethics and intelligence are embedded by design.
