With nearly three decades of experience in engineering services and digital transformation, Balaji brings a proven record in scaling global delivery operations, building high-performance teams, and leading innovation across core industries including automotive, aerospace & defence, telecom, life sciences, and industrial engineering. His appointment represents a pivotal moment in ALTEN India’s strategy for accelerated growth and deeper global integration.
