Compensation and speed values are monitored with sensors and processed in real time. With these features a large variety of precious information can be monitored, evaluated and used to initiate adjusting measures. 

This is the brain of the new Smart Spindle: The purpose designed and made module integrates two 3D-Hall sensors. They detect the radial compensation of the spindle to 0.04° exact. In addition to that the unit monitors the speed using a speed sensor - down to the exact rpm the spindle is running.

 

Within fractions of a millisecond the acquired data is processed and can be sent to a tablet via Bluetooth. The data transmission to the robot control system is by cable with analogue and digital signals.

Data logging and curve record keeping, Definition of logging intervals, Definition of threshold values, Definition of maximum speed, And many more, In the basic version the app provides the most important functions - like the Teach-In. To cope with the professional requirements we also offer the pro-license which includes a further hardware module for data transfer and to connect to the robot control system. The module has an interface which provides the robot with digital and analogue signals - in real time.
