The delegation included Mr Maeda, Managing Executive Officer – PT Division & Global Business; Horishi, Manager – Global Marketing Department; Yuji, Manager, Global Managing Department, Global Business; and Mr Yamamoto, Manager – Global Marketing Section.

The leadership team also reviewed Kabelschlepp India’s ongoing initiatives in manufacturing excellence, localisation, customer-centric innovation and operational growth. More than 50 per cent of the award recipients were employees from the differently abled deaf and mute workforce, reflecting Kabelschlepp India’s commitment to building an inclusive workplace where talent, dedication and performance are recognised and celebrated irrespective of physical abilities.

The ceremony recognised the individuals whose passion and perseverance continue to strengthen the organisation’s culture and success.
