Mithsagar Electronicss Systems Pvt Ltd (MESPL) is a manufacturer of custom electrical and instrument control panel. The company was started in 1980 under the name, Sanjay Electrical with a partnership. Further in 1989, the name was changed after taking the title of private limited as Mithsagar Electronicss Systems at Kothrud, Pune.

The company is involved in various activities such as manufacturing process control panel, electrical PCC and MCC board, and PLC and scoda control panels. It has manufactured numerous products such as pilot plant for dewaxing system for crude oil for HPCL, Mumbai; Fuelling stations for Pruthvi, Nag, Vayu and Agni missile supplied at Bharat Dynamics Limited, Hyderabad; Gas metering plant for oxygen, nitrogen plant DC heater; Load bank 2.5 MVA capacities for dissipation electricity using IGBT technology; and Installation of HT switch yard.

“Every time, we manufactured challenging panels for above mentioned projects,” said Madhav Vaman Mithsagar, Director, Mithsagar Electronicss Systems Pvt Ltd.

MESPL’s manufacturing facility uses latest machineries such as sheet metal cutting machine, bending machine, plasma cutting machine, CO2 and argon welding machine, and powder coating plant with seven tanks for metal treatment.

Some of its well known end users are Century Enka, Thermax Limited, Inox Air Products, Natch Engineering, Vertiv Energy Pvt Ltd, and Alliance Thermal Pvt Ltd, he told.
