Techno Industries offers TACKLERS range of wire rope hoists in various capacities ranging from 0.25 tonnes to 40 tonnes. These are designed with modular construction in accordance with IS-3938. Adequate safety factors are kept in mind while making the hoists robust. These hoists have machined steel frame, while the rope drum is made from seamless pipes/steel plate grooved to take full lift without over-winding. 

 

The drum shaft has ball bearings to ensure smooth running with gears, which are fitted on anti-friction ball bearings in the oil bath lubrication. The motors conform to norms as per IS-325, while the wire ropes are designed as per IS-2266 specifications. The forged hooks abide by IS-3815 or equivalent. The rope guides are attached to prolong the rope life. The company also makes flame-proof wire rope hoists conforming to IS-2148, especially suitable for hazardous conditions and available for Gas Groups I, II A, II B and II C.
