Sudhir Automotive Industries Pvt Ltd (SAI) is a manufacturer of stainless steel fasteners from last 25 years, with a capacity 800 MT per year. The company is a pioneer in stainless steel fasteners and also manufacturer of cold forged/turned components. Along with cold forging facilities, all second operations are also provided. The company incorporates best QA systems in collaboration with companies having ISO 9002, ISO 14001 certifications. The board of directors of the company have been initiators of fastener technologies in India.
 
The number of products that can be availed from SAI are hex head (H/T and F/T), SHCS (H/T and F/T), grub screws, nuts, M/c screws, washers, self tapping, thread bars, square head/T bolts, screws assembeled with washers, rivets, torx screws, etc.
 
SAI is equipped with state-of-the-art manufacturing facility situated 70 km away from national capital in Rohtak district in the state of Haryana. Its commitment for quality and delivery ensures complete customer satisfaction in all respects. The team of experienced persons ensures highest standards of manufacturing. All testing facilities are available in-house and quality systems are followed as per ISO 9001.

Testing facilities
The inspection and testing range from raw material stage to the final inspection includes profile projector, digital micrometer, slip gauges, universal gauges and an adequately equipped metallurgical laboratory of its own. Spectro analysis for raw material chemical composition, tensile testing facility is provided by A2LA/NABL accredited laboratory of LPS, which is in the close proximity of factory premises.
 
Inhouse R&D
The company's well trained professionals are in continuous practice for the latest inputs on technology and hence cost saving methods so as to bring maximum benefit to the end buyer/user of our product. They cover maximum 2nd operations in forging process thus saving cost, saving time and saving material to produce better finished products.
 
The manufacturing facilities available in SAI are for bolt makers (multi station), headers, thread rolling flat, thread rolling circular, traubs, centerless grinding, CNC, indexing traub and dies-tooling workshop.
 
SAI emphasises on policies such as reliable service, well defined quality system, meeting technical requirements, adhering to delivery schedules of customers, minimisation of in-house rejection, updation of manufacturing, inspection-testing capabilities and having latest laboratory facility.
