Varroc has won a six-year supply agreement with a global EV OEM to deliver AC bi-directional wall chargers, reinforcing its growing role in the global electric mobility and passenger vehicle electronics market.

Varroc, a leading global Tier-1 automotive supplier, has secured a significant new business win with a leading global electric vehicle (EV) OEM for the supply of AC bi-directional wall chargers.

The partnership marks an important step in Varroc’s expansion within the electric mobility ecosystem and reinforces its position as a trusted global partner for advanced automotive technology solutions.

Under the agreement, Varroc will supply Energy Star-compliant AC bi-directional wall chargers designed for high stability, advanced safety, and seamless EV charging performance. Manufacturing will be carried out at Varroc’s established facility in Romania, ensuring quality production and timely deliveries in line with global standards.

The programme is expected to span six years, with peak annual capacity aligned to forecasted volumes. The estimated annual business value at peak capacity is Rs 4,391 million (approximately $48 million).

Varroc continues to invest in automotive technologies and leverages its electronics manufacturing and product development capabilities to address growing global demand for e-mobility, connectivity, and ADAS solutions.
